Effects

The key to anti-aging is to stimulate the otolith

According to NASA's research, the movement of "otolith" in the inner part of the ear activates the surrounding muscles and autonomic nerves (controlling internal organs and blood vessels), which may lead to the improvement of heart movement and blood flow, activation of cell movement, and increase in fat and cholesterol consumption.

In space with zero gravity, the otolith becomes separated from the body causing extreme functional deterioration (aging). Even on the earth, the same phenomenon occurs when someone sits down for a long time and his/her otolith stops moving.

In1969, it was reported in the United States that newborn babies that sway in a hammock for 30

minutes a day have better muscle strength and nerve growth rate compared to babies that do not. From this report, it was speculated that putting babies in a cradle can promote growth and health.

"Slow swaying"promotes sleep and leads to a deep sleep

According to a study by several neurologists including Prof. Sophie Schwartz from the University of Geneva and others, "Slow swaying" was shown to promote sleep and prolong the duration of non-REM sleep (deep sleep).Increases in slow oscillation and sleep spindle waves, which can be seen during non-REM sleep, were also observed (important for the ability to memorize new information and memory reconstruction) were also seen, and studies on "slow swaying" are expected to improve the conditions of people with insomnia, stroke, or other brain injuries.

Back pain-friendly hammock

Back pain is often thought to be caused by weight being applied to a certain point.

The body tries to overcome by rolling over, but by sleeping in a hammock, the body weight is

distributed well so back pain can be relieved and at the same time, sleep obstruction caused by

rolling over (reduction of spindle waves) can also be reduced.
